Jinshi data news on February 10, Bohui shares announced that the company's controlling shareholder Wenkui Group and the actual controller Jinbihua, Xia Yaping signed a control acquisition framework protocol with Wuxi Huishan Yuanxinxiwang Industrial Upgrading and Acquisition Investment Partnership Enterprise. Wenkui Group will transfer 32.07 million shares (about 13.06% of the total number of shares of the company) to Yuanxinxiwang Partnership. At the same time, the company will make a targeted issuance of shares to Yuanxinxiwang Partnership. It is expected that after the completion, Yuanxinxiwang Partnership will hold approximately 33.13% of the company's shares. After the transfer of the protocol shares, the completion of the issuance of shares to specific objects, and Wenkui Group and Xia Yaping's waiver of voting rights, the company's controlling shareholder will be changed to Yuanxinxiwang Partnership, and the actual controller will be changed to the Wuxi Huishan District State-owned Assets Management Office.
