Kwon also stated that Park Geun-hye had said during the state of emergency, 'Even if we have to break the doors of the parliament meeting hall, we must go in.' Kwon also confirmed that the instruction to 'cut off the power to the parliament' was issued by Park Geun-hye and Kim Yong-hyun.
