Jinshi data news on August 22, Wanwuyun (02602.HK) released the 2024 interim performance report. The report shows that in the first half of the year, Wanwuyun achieved operating income of 17.56 billion yuan, core net profit of 1.2 billion, and cash and cash equivalents of 12.20 billion yuan. Non-developer main circular business including residential property services, property and facility management services, and BPaaS solutions continued to grow strongly, with revenue reaching 14.90 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.7%, bringing gross profit of 1.94 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.8%.
