"You definitely don't want such an agreement to expire. We are working to address this issue," Trump told reporters as he left the White House for Scotland. This is the first time since taking office that Trump has expressed a desire to maintain limits on the deployment of strategic nuclear weapons after the treaty expires on February 5. "When you lift nuclear restrictions, that's a big problem," Trump said.
