Why should sub-coin investors follow the rising Bitcoin Dominance with spot ETF inflows?

The proposition that Bitcoin dominance will fall, sub-coins will rise is missing! Let me tell you the truth.

1- What is Bitcoin Domina?

Bitcoin domina is an indicator that shows the ratio of Bitcoin's market cap to the total market capitalization of the entire cryptocurrency market.

Simply, it refers to Bitcoin's share of the cryptocurrency pie.

2- BTC. Why is D 54.83% Critical?

To answer this question, we first need to examine the previous cycle technically, for this we will use fibonacci (if you are wondering how to use Fibonacci, I leave it in the comments).

In the Fibonacci retracement, which we use between the lows and peaks that occur when an instrument completes its falling or rising trend, the 0.5 level is the "pivot" level for us. Pivot level, on the other hand, means the following. Above this level, the instrument can be expected to continue its upward movement with upcoming weekly closes and a bearish movement with future closes below it.

As of now, 54.83% is the pivot level for us and is extremely important in the short term.

3- Stable Token Detail

Another factor that marked the bull we experienced in 2021-2022 was stable tokens such as USDC and USDT.

While we are following the dominance of Bitcoin, we also need to follow the dominance of stablecoins. For this, I will give you a simple formula. In the symbol search section, type "USDT. D+USDC. Type "D" and follow the total dominance of these two major stablecoins. But why should we pursue it?

Any user who sells any coin is now switching to stable tokens. Which gives us BTC. He points out that the D data alone will not be enough to interpret the sub-coins. After all, by selling Bitcoin or any altcoin, individuals can buy USDT or USDC.

To sum it up, BTC. It is now a shallow assumption to say that D is falling and the money coming out of Bitcoin is entering the sub-coins.

✅Result

If we look at it from a broader perspective, perhaps it would be healthier to follow the dominance data with the following formula: "BTC. D+USDT. D+USDC. D"

When we follow this data, approximately 59% of the market is dominated by Bitcoin and the major stablecoins I mentioned above. This is where we can see the flow of money into the sub-coins with the pullback, which as you can see here, we are right on the pivot again.

Roughly 59% (for me) is the pivot level, and if it falls below it, we can predict that the upward movement in the sub-coins will accelerate even more.
