Runestone: Emerging rune project is about to Airdrop

Once the rune protocol development is completed, holders will be able to exchange them 1:1 for Runestone runes.

The eligibility review for the airdrop considers multiple factors, including the number of runes held by the user and the file types of those runes. The final published criteria are: addresses holding 3 or more non-text/JSON type runes will be eligible to participate in the airdrop.

Meaning of Symbols

Runestone uses "ᛤ" as its symbol, which is derived from Anglo-Saxon runes. Although its exact meaning is difficult to verify, the word "Rune" means "secret" in Greek and is closely associated with the god Odin in Norse mythology.
