Wu learned that the Stacks Asia Foundation announced its registration as the Stacks Asia DLT Foundation in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), becoming the first regulated and recognized Bitcoin Layer 2 foundation in the region. It plans to leverage ADGM's DLT framework to promote Bitcoin's Decentralized Finance development, developer education, and policy collaboration in Asia and the Middle East, while expanding regional cooperation with Hong Kong as the hub.
