Jin10 reported on July 19 that Zhongheng Group announced on the evening of July 18 that the company has approved the use of its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase the company's issued ordinary shares (A shares) at a price not exceeding 3.8 yuan per share, for the purpose of cancellation and reduction of the company's registered capital. The total amount of repurchase funds is no less than 300 million yuan (inclusive) and no more than 500 million yuan (inclusive).
