On the one hand, Intel and its partners can reduce costs, and on the other hand, Sharp can also generate additional rental income. It is reported that Sharp's factories in Kameyama, Mie Prefecture, and Taki District are candidate locations. Intel will collaborate with 14 suppliers such as Omron, Resonac, and Murata Machinery to jointly develop back-end chip packaging technology in the clean room of Sharp's LCD panel factory. It is expected to be related to the glass substrate packaging technology developed by Intel.
