The current IP licensing ecosystem falls short of creators’ needs, as most licensing deals either rely on agent-negotiated traditional contracts or lack formal structure entirely, especially for newcomers. The process is highly manual—requiring sales teams, legal professionals, and account managers—which then drives up costs and complexity. This often makes smaller transactions commercially unviable. As a result, many deals fall through. When deals do proceed, the closing typically takes 12 to 24 months or longer. By streamlining compliance and monetization workflows on-chain, Camp Network is redefining the Web2 licensing process, achieving significant gains in time, resource, and cost efficiency.
This global campaign invites both traditional Web2 creators and AI artists to co-create and remix “Mimi and Neko,” one of Minto’s signature IP. Winning submissions will be eligible for monetization opportunities across a range of digital and e-commerce platforms.

Through its collaboration with Minto, Camp Network ensures that contest winners—the “Camp Creative Community”—will earn a share of royalties from all deals concluded under this partnership, exemplifying transparent, fair, and creator-first blockchain IP licensing.
